OT: Let's see 3 off the top of my head would be

Dragonball Z: When Goku does the Super Saiyan demonstration for Majin Buu and then he says, "And this... This is a level beyond that of a Super Saiyan 2" And proceeds to go SSJ3. He was so casual at first. :T_T: I get goosebumps just thinking about it!
-Another one would be when Vegeta first turns SSJ. He hyped the hell out of it and he was so freakin badass doing so.

One Piece: The OP one you listed as a good one, I had a similar reaction cause I just loved that Luffy did that. I was gonna mention Law but Riker took the one I was gonna use .__. For OP, I got 3 other moments I can't pick from.
