Itachi alive and Edo Itachi are two different stories. Living Itachi doesn't have the stamina to keep up Susano'o for long periods, Tsukuyomi won't work, too much Amaterasu will greatly strain his eyes, etc. I believe DSM Kabuto can beat a living Itachi. Edo Itachi? Probably not. But remember, Kabuto wasn't being serious in their fight either, he wanted to re-talisman Itachi.
Edit: Kabuto could also use Edo Tensei to summon an immortal shinobi. Mu would be a perfect distraction.
Edit 2: Also, Tayuya's flute genjutsu works wonders on Itachi.

From my point of view, Naruto, Hashirama, Nagato, Madara, Minato, Tobi, Hiruzen, Bee, Muu, 2nd mizukage, Onoki have great chances to win. Against Sasuke it could go either way, it depends i think
