totsuka is hit or miss--anyone can dodge it and anyone can be pierced by it

totsuka only moves as fast as Susanoo's arm moves.

Danzou could dodge Sasuke's skeletal susanoo arm at point blank, anyone at or above Danzou's speed avoids a totsuka stab unless their attention or mobility are hindered in some way.

I remember that too. I also remember that Danzou was getting squished like an ice cream sand which and punched like a nerd when he didn't give a damn about getting killed since he had izanagi activated.

however, when he didn't have izanagi activated, susanoo couldn't even grab him despite he being right next to sasuke when sasuke activated the tech.
