1. BM Naruto [A perfect Jinchuriki and has the Uzumaki clan ability]
2. Hashirama [A ws user and considered the strongest hokage who created Konoha]
3. Sasuke Uchiha [Power of sharingan]

I think Kabuto with all of his edo's could possibly solo Tobi. To me they're neck and neck for the most powerful ninja's in Naruto. If you include Minato to counter Tobi's space-time, then I think that duo could do it. Then throw in like Itachi or Naruto and they would most likely definitely win.

An itachi can beat anyone with genjutsu beside sasuke now becuase sasuke has his eyes an can see through it. Sasuke may appear to escape it before but since itachi wasnt trying to win but instead was trying to die i think its very possible he let sasuke out. An to correct my last statement itachi can beat anyone who can be put in genjutsu
