Shinra tensei is a joke 5 second cool down plus it'll go right through obito. I said 1v1 so no Edos for kabuto, ps is a solid object obito phases through solid objects. Top ninjas will not be so easily warped away by Obito. Guy pretty well held his own against him. In my opinion vs Obito, only few ninjas have an actual chance:
-Naruto
-Minato
-Tobirama
-current Kakashi
-Hashirama
-Madara

My choices depend mostly on ninjas with Space/Time techs or high speed, and are able to use some clone techs. See that I listed only intelligent ninjas (apart from Naruto but he already knows tactics- you said "after breaking the mask") that may be able to figure out to try and let Obito absorb the clone. Obito cannot recognize a clone from a normal user. It would be most difficult for Kakashi as he has the least chakra and he at least has to use 1 kage bunshin and 1 kamui.
