I want an explanation for Obito using Mangekyo Sharingan for years without going blind.

Here it goes: Senjuu DNA regenerates his eyes and heal any deteriorating effects which happen to his eyesight at each time he uses them.

Let's say his eyes at the begining has 100 hp.

For exmpale: Use of Kamui damage his eyes taking 10 hp(lol) each time. Now Senjuu DNA heals his eyes getting back 10 hp each time. In the end Obito will never have any problem with visions because any damage to his eyes get healed giving him status of eyes before. However if Obito has Sussano which would took 20 hp then Senjuu DNA could heal only half of damage to his eyes leading to blindness in the end.

I hope this explanations fits.
