It's obvious there were drugs involved..I would think that the drug in question is something with hallucinogenic basis. Such as PCP aka angeldust would be close.

1. Powerful weapon - Shotgun
2. You need brains - Smart
3. Vehicle - Armored Vehicle (Humvee)
4. A few friends to go on the ride - 2 to 3 people with weapons too.
5. A bullet proof glass in the vehicle seperating you if the zombies get to one of you.

So if you get this and tons of bullets you will be fine.... or maybe just get a tank and drive the hell out...
