Now if the SO6P left the Uchiha this tablet (& he did not choose the elder son - the Uchiha ancestor), what could he have left for the Senju (the descendants of the younger son).

Also this means that the SO6P knew very much about the sharingan and all its variants since you need to read the tablet progressively with sharingan variants to understand it.

Sasuke read it with a young sharingan eyes and came to the conclusion that the tablet teaches you how to control the Kyubi.

So did the SO6P leave in the hands of the Uchiha the means of controlling the tailed beasts he created and yet still choose the Senju lineage to be the successor of his will (

Yeap, it could be. though I would have expected all such tools to have ended up with the Senju clan and not the Kumogakure clan who at one time or the other had all 5.
