Nagatos Rinnegan

Since nagato has rinnegan and apparently rinnegan is the last form of the sharrigan according to Madara soesnt that mean that nagato is from the uchiha clan

Nagato is an Uzumaki. Nagato was supposedly given his Rinnegan by Tobi.

Madara is the only person who has made that transition from EMS to Rinnegan so far that we know of. And it still isn't clear how.

Nagato is an Uzimaki, Tobi gave him the rinnegan after Madara died so he could bring him back to life. My quess is because the Uzimaki clan is noted for large charka amounts.
