Nagatos Rinnegan & Tobi

When Tobi was fighting with he said that
"He Was the one who gave Nagato rinnegan"

What the mystery behind this because Nagato was having the rinnegan with him since he was a child
If he gave it to him,from where the hell he got it in first place

well nagato was not born with it cuz he is uzumaki and you need to be uchiha cuz of the sharingan. so he most def was given the rinnegan by madara or tobi. but the fact still remains is when edo madara got out the coffin he knew who nagato was and thought it was nagato who revived him. so nagato was given the rinnegan at a young age by madara or tobi but most likely tobi

That is he was incomplete earlier, he didnt have rinnegan

i think madara did give nagato the rinnegan back then when nagata was really young before the 2nd war and awakened later when his parents died

who knows when he gave it to em but he did. cuz you need sharingan/uchiha blood to awaken those eyes after you surapass every stage to the shariongan. the uzumaki clan are born with no dojutsu powers so how would he get it. he had to be given those eyes. and most likely tobi gave it to him thats not a lie
