Nagatos Rinnegan stronger than Madaras?

What do you say? Is nagatos Rinnegan stronger than Madaras due to experience?

1. Madara's Rinnegan was his own rinnegan, he can use it to full extent, and full power.
2. Madara's uses less chakra in using rinnegan than Nagato.
3. Madara can switch it on or off when not needed.

Whereas Nagato
1. Has borrowed Rinnegan, he literally "spams" Rinnegan, other than using ANY other elemental or other jutsu he got from Rinnegan. He just use powers of path, not any other technique.
2. Nagato used more chakra in using Rinnegan.
3. He cannot switch it off, and his chakra drains all along.

^ this. People should not jump on conclusion just because they like nagato or they have seen more hype from him. Madara is instantly more badass using rinnegan than nagato ever could.

Where do you get these things? You don't know, if Nagato ''borrowed'' the Rinnegan, nor do you know, if it costs more chakra. Nagato was using the Rinnegan all his life + Madara has unlimited chakra. How do you even measure it lol?

Madara is the only exept from so6p tht have rinnegan n it was stated a million time tht nagato rinnegan is madara..nagato is not a uchiha so it will cost him alot of chackra just like kakashi..
