nagato did not unlock the rinnegan because of his parents death, they were most likely implanted, and its like saiying neji unlocked his byakugan when his dad died, not all dojutsu are "unlocked".

This is what Nagato assumed, Tobi or Madara most likely did it since he didn't keep the rinnegan after that. They must have transplanted the eyes the second time when they saw he would get trained by J-man(using Genjutsu or something for Yahiko and Nagato not to realize) and that would help him gain control over it while Tobi focuses on the eye of the moon plan

Nagato never went through EMS and since he can't cycle through them because it's transplanted, he can't get access to the Sharingan techniques

Nagato can summon huge rocks, he did so against Naruto and Bee... The reason he can't get Meteors sized one is that Madara (Uchiha)+ Hashirama(Senju) DNA > Nagato (Uzumaki)

Susano'o is an Uchiha move. If you are not an Uchiha you can't use it. Nagato is not an Uchiha.

What information do you have about this? Where have you read that Nagato can't top meteorites? He can control where his Chibaku Tensei is going. The So6P placed his where the moon is. Nagato created it and then moved it into the hight..

Finally did you not see how Itachi transferred his ocular dojutso into Sasuke just by touching his forehead? Did you not see how shocked the Konoha Ninjas were once they realized what they had done to Nagato's parents? They couldn't understand how they thought they were enemies... doesn't it smell like powerful Genjutso to you?

I might be wrong, but with the data we have now I might just as well be right.

Prove it, were your proof? You have none, Nagato Uzumaki is the reason, why attack and scatter just one village? the village of the Uzumaki unless you feared that their might be someone their that could be born with the Rinnegan. What better way to get at one person if the clan was not their to protect Him.
