Nagatos movement

Me and my friend are arguing that when itachi beat Nagato, Nagato could walk because when he absorbed killer B's which also regenerated his body, but I don't think that was possible. He also states that kabuto implied this by saying "damn, nagatos
movement was to dulled..". What do you guys think? Could Nagato walk or not. P.s I don't think he could walk

Kabuto couldnt dodge it its pretty obvious Nagato in charge of his own body would deflect it hence the kabuto scene

I have no idea what you are saying. Why didn't Kabuto 'Perfect' Nagato's body to beyond his Prime, like he did with Madara, and fix his legs.
