Thats not proven yet... geez.. why do people keep assuming things based off one liners! If you think it through, based off what we've been told and shown. If Nagato was the one Madara was talking about, he would be dead right now!

Yeah I think the bigger question is who transplanted them for him. Do we get another tie in to Oro maybe? Madara would have needed help to pull this off so there has to be a medic nin involved somehow.

Also was this some more foreshadowing maybe Kakashi gets both of Obito's eyes after this battle and somehow learns to control the chakra drainage/loss. That could be really epic.
