Nagatos eyes really Madaras? Why so sure?

Why are all people here so sure that Nagatos eyes are Madaras and implanted?
I mean Tobi - this unfunny sucker- messed with us so many times. He said he is Madara and that he is nobody, but nobody has no body and he has a body, so he is a body and not nobody, gotcha?

So it is still possible that those eyes were developed by Nagato.

Here we see how he awakens them with pain:

and now if we think that Nagato didnt awake them there and had them since he was born.

Wouldnt the parents be really surprised? Wouldnt they go somewhere and find out about them?

And if we think that Madara transplanted them into him, wouldnt the parents also know and be 1. Madaras bitches or 2. they were already dead and some illusion produced by Madara to mind**** Nagato.

Still, Madara died shortly after he got the rinnegan, So its highly unlikely he would have Gotten it to the level Nagato has.
He didn't have the time to Train with the rinnegan unlike Nagato.

If Nagato's Eyes were Madara's, I Fail to see why Nagato can't use any of his sharingan Jutsu's.
Kakashi can use obito's Sharingan and MS so i don't see why nagato wasn't able to use Madara's.

I've said this a long time ago and no one bothered to respond back to it. Nagato was never shown without the rinnengan so we don't know if he had some since birth or something else. But it all could of been a strong genjutsu to affect nagato to make the deaths seem real so he can awake it somehow. Who knows really, all I know is that kishi better tell use later on.

Tobi could have implated Madara's Eyes into Nagato. It's just how he implented Nagato Eye's into himself or how Kakashi obtain Obito Eyes.

the same could be here, DNA could have been implanted in nagato, tobi used genjutsu on those ninja to kill his parents, the rage(combined with madara's DNA, which would already have senju in it) he awakened rinnegan

I don't think nagato's rinnegan was Madara's.

kakashi has obito's eye and can use his sharingan/Ms.

So i don't see any reason why Nagato cant use Madara's Sharingan/Ms Jutsu's.

and c'mon wouldnt someone in his family notice that their son got some "new" eyes? and why the hell nagato? he is uzumaki, but his parents seemed to be normal persons and no ninjas (if they were real) and he could have taken some other kid and give them his eyes.
and how could he tell him that nagato should revive madara(himself) if he was a nagato was a baby?

Though it could be true but it isn't 100% confirmed by the manga

but regardless the Uchiha fanboys still go crazy with it, it's their way of giving credit to what Nagato did to the Uchiha clan since it was the Uchiha power that allowed Nagato to do what he did in the first place like destroy konoha, fighting a bijuu and such.

not necessarily, the point is the DNA concept, that with madara's DNA somehow implanted in him, the rage and that awakened the rinnegan. i think the DNA used was extracted directly from the rinnegan itself

you cant use susanoo with rinnegan

madara can switch from his rinnegan to sharingan
you have too see this like 2 different eyes
if nagato would be able to switch the rinnegan to sharingan he would be able to use susanoo etc
but he cant switch

If thats true shouldn't Nagato Also have Madara's Jutsu's.

Having the 1st Hokages DNA allows the user to use his Wood release. So having Madara's should allow nagato to use Sharingan/Ms Jutsu's

No, Madara is using Susanoo with his rinnegan active.
