I'm going to talk about something that's been bugging me for a while- Nagato's age.
There's been no clear indicators in the anime/manga as to what it is, so I'm going to use the small, albeit useful, amount of information we've been given to try and deduce a general range.
All right, so we know that Yahiko died in the Third Shinobi World War. After that, he was made into the Deva Path by Nagato, and since dead bodies don't age, we can use Choji's estimate that he gave to Tsunade during the Pain Invasion that Yahiko is between 25-30 (like I said, not too much info given in the series at all).
We also know that Kakashi was 13 (source: Narutopedia, which uses the databooks) during the events of Kakashi Gaiden (set during the 3rd War) and that he is 31 right now (source: Narutopedia). That means at least 18 years have gone by since Kakashi participated in the war. We don't, however, know how long the war lasted (it could have lasted for 10 years and Yahiko could have been killed many years before or after Kannabi bridge). So we will go by the assumption that Yahiko was killed roughly around the same time as the Battle of Kannabi bridge.
Thus, assuming that Nagato is roughly the same age as Yahiko, that puts him well into his 40s when he died, around 43-48 give or take a few years if he is older or younger than Yahiko.
Though I must say, Konan does NOT look like she is in her 40s. She looks like she's 30.
