Because Amenotejikara is instant and all Sasuke has to do is slice in motion? Nagato won't have any time to react or perceive anything, let alone use his Rin'negan to use ST.

And those people would be wrong. Sasuke had his Rin'negan for a couple of hours and used: Chibaku Tensei, Amenotejikara, Outer Path (absorbing chakra from the Bijuu into his Susano'o) AND Preta Path. A lot more than CT if you ask me.
