As soon as the condor appears, the smoke and the condor blocks your vision and you begin to form your six handseals. I immediately form one handseal, this makes a giant lid of earth appear right above you, since the earth lid appears high in the air, and you specifically say that you jump high in the air, the lid appears just above you, and leaves you no chance of avoiding it. The lid will force you down and trap you inside it.

You don't do shiz against the mud Naga dropped on you, so you're now completely covered in mud and falling down, this cannot simply be cut through, since it's, well mud <.<

I simply continue doing my move, since Toku didn't specify the swamp i'll simply take it, as if it's a regular sized swamp just deep enough to immobilize me and Naga O_O

I'll compy paste the rest of my move. Since i don't even stop for a second in doing my techniques, and since you're now trapped completely in mud, you have NO time to escape this AT ALL, this is simply impossible, i'd really like to see anything able to stop a move from the last turn >_>

Now, about the fire jutsu you perform, two things can happen.

he cuts holes enough to get him AND a condor summoning through in under a second, which is impossible.

You just say swamp, there's no damage point in that swamp, it can only drown people if it's deep, and you don't specify that O_O

As Toku stomps on the ground creating a tunnel underneath Zero, Nagato quickly makes a swamp with the depth to sink Manda (Orochimarus snake). Simultaneously Konan (on my left)& Yahiko (Right). [Konan]created a miniature plateau under Zero, literally ejecting him back....out of the swamp, and out of the way of Yahikos downpour of magma that is raining from Toku position and beyond from our direction.
