Even if you put healthy Nagato with mobility it's still a defeat considering what he has in his arsenal....he's easily the strongest character at this point ...excluding the sage of the six paths >_>

It said it enabled him to master every technique not that the rinnengan gives him every element right off the bat, he went out and learned all the elements. Madara's got nobody to copy rinnengan techniques off he has to learn them all himself.
