I think he had the most chakra in narutoverse except so6p. see he revived thousands of konoha's men and brought back the souls from the other world is not a childish task.he was indeed sage of 7 paths . and why rikudo famous for sage of 6 paths , is not he could control the outer path.. valid argument but nagato used several paths and jutsu as well. Not sure how much chakra the rinnegan uses but heck. He even had enough after all his paths were defeated and he used planetary devastation to revieve konoha.
