A "Six Paths" is a guy with uchiha and senju DNA.
Officialy, the six paths are as folows:
1:Rikudo sennin
2:Madara
3:Nagato
4:Obito
5:Zetsu
6 Danzo (Yes he is)
7:The Ramen Guy
Unless it means people with rinnegan, so danzo/zetsu isn't a Six Paths. The ramen guy does have 375 rinnegan implated in his legs tho

Zetsu doesn't have Madara's DNA, only his will, as black Zetsu uses Mokuton.

Danzo didn't have control over Hashirama's cells so they almost devoured him, he doesn't count.
