Even as a little kid he as able to hold the dual rinnegan.

It can't be uzumaki life force because Obito had gedo Mazou in his body, the greatest life force of all，and still couldn't use both.

I suspect Nagato to be the only human to be able to receive double dual Rinnegan as a transplant. Even Sauke was only able to get one from the Rikudo.

He could be a special child, like Anikan from Star Wars.

Obito had both Hashi DNA and Uchiha DNA. He also had Gedo Mazou. But still couldn't use both eyes? Why?

Nagato became immobile not because of Rinnegan. It's because of Hanzo.

How about no, that's not how the statue works.

It consumes more chakra when tailed beast are inside of it.

When it transform into the juubi, it's even harder to control that you would need to use mokuton to control it.
