I'm going to go with Nagato here, at least until Sasukes PS gets feats. If it's anything like Madara's, he'd win with around low-mid difficulty.

Nagato takes this handily. Sensing + Preta Path trolls Sasuke's ninjutsu, whereas any of his shuriken/kunai/sword get tanked by an Animal Path summon or countered with Shinra Tensei/Asura Path missiles/laser. If Sasuke fails to maintain Susano'o at any point in the match, that gives Nagato free reign to use a Bansho Tenin stronger than the one SM Naruto failed to react to (assuming the same Bansho Tenin doesn't just rip Sasuke out of Susano'o similar to what happened with Gaara and Madara), riddle him full of chakra rods to stop him from using ninjutsu, then rip his soul away with Human Path. Or Nagato could just hit Sasuke with an enhanced version of the Shinra Tensei he used against the boss toads then summon Gedo Mazo to kill him with the Dragon Seal. Or crush him with an enhanced version of Chou Shinra Tensei.
