It's pretty close, it could go either way. But, I'd give the edge slightly to Nagato due to experience. Nagato is at my number 6 spot and Sasuke is at my number 7.

Now if Sasuke had his curse mark enfused Ps, it'd be a lot different.

Nagato wins. Sasuke's Perfect Susano'O is feat less and allowing Sasuke the feats Madara's is very poor speculation. Even then, it wouldn't be a major factor as Sasuke was exhausted after only one attack in the Final Advent and had recently had his chakra replentished.​
