As the leader of Akatsuki, and one of the two sides of the Amegakure civil war, Nagato was an extraordinarily powerful shinobi, and recognised as the most powerful member of Akatsuki. Zetsu expressed shock when Nagato was defeated by Naruto, stating he thought he could not be defeated even in a weakened state, stating he never thought he would ever lose.[12] After being resurrected by Kabuto Yakushi, he was able to easily overwhelm both Naruto Uzumaki and Killer B, despite Naruto being in his Nine-Tails Chakra Mode and Killer B having perfect synchronism with his tailed beast. He would have killed them both had it not been for the intervention of Itachi Uchiha while Kabuto was preoccupied with them. It took the combined efforts of Naruto, B, and Itachi to successfully defeat Nagato. As a member of the Uzumaki clan, he also possessed the potential for incredible longevity.

sasori and deidara. iron sand sphere shield and deidara flying in the air on his bird, means nagato will have to go all out just to hit them. by the time hes figured that out, deidaras already prepped C4 and sasoris shot iron sand: world order at him. nagato has nowhere to go but to try and shinra tensei the sand away but in the 5 seconds after that, he breaths in C4. game over.
