If chibaku tensei is not restricted then nagato one shots all of them.(They are not as intelligent as itachi)
if it is restrcited. then Nagato still wins this with High difficulty. both nagato and yahiko pain have shinra tensei
no one can get near them.
as for atomic attack of tsuchikage. it can be stopped with that ninjutsu absorber.
while the other pains ditract them
the summoning pain is a real pain as he summons those multiplying dogs which aare annoying
so nagato wins this high difficulty!
