Nagato vs pre-Rinnegan Tobi

Restrictions: Tobi can't teleport out of the fight.
State of Mind: Bloodlusted
Conditions: Tobi doesn't have Rinnegan. Nagato is in the same state he was in when he was Edo, except he can move.

Who would win? I believe it would come down to how fast Nagato can drain Tobi's chakra when Tobi tries to warp him away (remember, Tobi needs to touch him to do that).
P.S. I used the search bar, but coudn't find any thread on this that isn't dead. Didn't wanna revive, So I created a new thread.

Konan came close just because she prepared a massive trap beforehand. Nagato's downfall is he isn't fast enough.

Nagato would take this. Tobi's advantage would be his Space-Time Ninjutsu, but in this thread he can still become intangible. Nagato would have some problems with Tobi, but I'm sure he can win. After all, we have seen Nagato's abilities and almost none from Tobi when he didn't have the Rinnegan.

tobi was tnj ing him and using him even better as he was doing it with sasuke
but in terms of sheer power, ninjutsu and all, nagato takes it with ease.

You're right about Nagato not being able to hit Tobi, but this is a figh. Tobi will have to hit him eventually. And once he tries to hit Nagato... that's when Nagato will most likely make his move.

Due to what ive seen i would say nagato mid diff, but i think tobi has been holding back because we never realy seen him go all out. So i would say the both die or nagato high diff.

Im not sure whether by nagato you mean the paths. Tobi loses to the paths but will defeat edo nagato.

Against the path he cannot absorb them so to speak because he has to solidify and during that time the other paths will attack him. Against nagato, he will get the chance to absorb him because nagato has piss poor speed and reflexes to evade tobi's technique.
