If Obito tries to warp Nagato, Shinra Tensei would obliterate him. Rest of Obito's offensive arsenal is trash. Obito can use Izanagi though, so for 10 minutes he'll be invulnerable. He won't get the jump on Nagato as the latter is a sensor, but ST has a 5 second time limit, and I doubt that Nagato will fend off Obito every 5 second interval he uses Shinra Tensei during the 10 minute time period.

So Obito probably wins.

The 5 sec charge each ST is used doesn't apply to Nagato, when he used Banshon Ten'n simultaneously, and Banshon Ten'n is another Tendo's power so that example can apply to ST. Nagato can spam ST without having to recharge, unlike Pain. Nagato is fully acknowledged on the mechanism of Kamui, while Obito is not aware of Nagato's potential (assuming), so he can trick him into wrapping a clone, which stays in the other dimension and at any moment Obito is intangible, he physically hits him. Obito will never wrap Nagato or he gets badly injured from ST, and any CQC fight results to Nagato's victory.

The match is decided by either Nagato tricking Obito or he outlasts him. He wins in the end.

Obito used it inside Konan's ocean explosion which is supposed to last over 5 mins to counter Obito's intangibility.

Like EZQ said, Obito's was stronger so he had more time for one eye, but he had 10 minutes, not 5. Konan's explosion was 10 minutes.

Nagato himself isn't reacting to kamui warping speed. Kabuto controlled Nagato was a ban example though.

Obito's Izanagi lasts for 10 minutes.

Konan's Paper Ocean lasts for 10 minutes. Obito activated Izanagi at the beginning and it ended after her tech was done (he lost his light at the end which implies his Izanagi was active throughout the entire volley of explosions.)


I'd say Obito only wins due to Izanagi though it's not like Shinra Tenseu is all he has. Pointing 6 Asura cannons in different directions to allow him to easily move them towards Obito after sensing his approach should allow him to fend him off.

Konan could literally react to the warping process. Not sure why Nagato can't as well. The reason why Nagato was blitzed in the first place was because his mobility was hampered. Had that not been the case and it was implied that Nagato wouldn't have lost the match at that point in time.
