Naruto High diff. Sasuke imo has lead me to believe he is Kage level given the People he has fought and survived. Bee, A, Mei, Oonoki, Danzo, Mifune and not to mention some of them were in the same day. sasuke seems to get better after all his fights so im sure he can hang with naruto right now but im giving it to naruto with high level of difficulty due to his overwhelming strength and speed.
