FTG is countered by everything Nagato has. Summons, ST, Asura, Preta nullifies everything Minato has on the offensive as well.

CT and CST can be countered with the outside markings (No intel however means that CST can catch him). Nagato would catch Minato eventually.

Either Nagato kills him or Minato spends the entire match running away and Nagato outlasts him.

CST would pulverize all Kunai on the battlefield, so even if Minato teleported away from the battlefield, he'd be unable to come back thus he loses. Minato will never be able to mark Nagato or get any Kunai close enough to blitz w/ Hiraishin considering:

-Shinra Tensei.
-Summons.
-Asura Path.
-Fuuton.

Nagato slaps him with utter ease. Rinnegan's field of vision amplified with Nagato's supreme sensory makes Hirashin blitzes worthless; even if Minato manages to mark him, he won't be able to kill him considering the following:

1). Asura Path changes the biological structure of the body, which I believe will make the marking disappear. Rasengan isn't enough to bypass Asura's armor.

2). Any damage is healed via Naraka Path.

Chibaku Tensei will attract all of Minato's markings around the battlefield, so if Minato tries to teleport outside of the battle's location, he loses by escape. Minato is killed if Nagato comes in close to mid range and hits him with a powerful ST.

Nagato wins.

-Shared vision negates all possibility of a surprise attack through Hiraishin. Asura Path arms defend or Shinra Tensei blow him away if Minato ever gets close.

-Frog summons are blown away by Shinra Tensei as already shown.

-Chibaku Tensei seems useless since Minato could just teleport away from the area, but it would effectively rid the battlefield of spread kunai.
An omnidirectional Shinra Tensei could do the same though, so there really isn't any reason for Chibaku Tensei to be used.
