Nagato comes out victorious against any kind of Minato, be it either in SM/KCM/BM or BSM putatively.
There is nothing Minato wields that Nagato cannot either defend, intercept or negate entirely. The opposite can be said about the opposition; Minato wields nothing that can either intercept, defend or negate Nagato's arsenal entirely. All summons are irrelevant, as Nagato has beated them previously with his Shinra Tensei. Taking in factor Nagato's strong summons, for instance; Three-Headed Dog, Bird and the Chameleon - Minato will be right from the start at disadvantage. Trying to warp these summons does not help, as Nagato can use his bird to fly out from Minato's reach. The other summons keep him busy, however Minato has nothing on the dog that keeps on respawning hit after hit. Cloak or not, Minato has no speed advantage over Nagato at all. He possesses sensing, with properties of precognition - meaning he can monitor every move Minato makes throughout the battle, especially in the terrain. Therefore, kunai's possess no threats at all to Nagato - he can use Shinra Tensei to repel every single kunai that comes near his vicinity. Minato would be forced to move with Shunshin alone, which is not the way Minato fights. In fact, Minato doesn't have to move at all. Nagato can pull him with Banshō Ten'in and grab his soul. Nagato can use his bird to dodge the kunai incomes, or use Shinra Tensei to repel it. However, if remarkably Minato manages to get near him, there's no worry. Nagato uses Asura Path to create an extra arm, and proceeds to take his soul. Nagato can also use his Mazō to take out the other summons permanently, the Mazō releases the soul dragons from within and proceed to haunt these toads. Bijū Dama's are absorbed by Nagato, noticing the crucial properties of Preta Path that is able to reverse the Chakra into harmless one and therefore absorb it. Nagato proceeds to use Mazō to absorb Kurama and therefore kill Minato.
Either way, there is ridiculous amount of strategies and methods for Nagato to beat Minato.
