I personally think that its even. Nagato doesn't have a whole bunch of chakra which was apparant and minato has speed and teleportation. to dodge just about everything. Not to mention the absorb thing only works in the front. Minato could teleport behind and use rasengan or just taijutsu the bastard. And if he places a seal on nagato even with almighty push he has 5 seconds to get back and hit him again. I think it'd be difficult on both ends and no clue who'd win.
