What about a confrontation between three of the most fanboys' idols in the whole Narutoverse?
Nagato is young, completely mobile and with all Six Paths power in his own body
Minato has no Kurama chakra, just like he was when he fought A and Killer Bee
Itachi is completely healthy

Distance: 10 metres
Knowledge: full for everyone
No restrictions
Place: Samurai Bridge
State of mind: IC
Intent: KO/incapacitation, no matter if that means killing
Knowledge: full for everyone
Who wins?

I love how this fanfic version of Nagato is completely accepted and used everywhere.

But yeah, he wins.

Itachi was healthy for a long ass time before the gimped version that fought Hebi Sasuke was shown, and his abilities were the same, at least post-Akatsuki membership. The only healthy Nagato shown in the manga, on the other hand, had no idea how to use his eye powers fully going by what was shown.

Ecept Itachi wasn't as strong during the time that he was healthy. Even part 1 Itachi shows strain and fatigue far beyond what people expect a healthy Itachi to be like

You don't know that. He could have always been sick, but never visibly showed any symptoms until they became noticeable. His disease could have been insidious, metastasizing over time.

How is it the same? Itachi has a canon version that's as strong as sick Itachi, but that version has more stamina due to the illness not being that advanced, plus his MS not being overused. I'm talking about Itachi's first appearance in Part 1. 3+ years have passed since that version and the Itachi before his death.

Proof? Because Itachi demonstrated both Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi while he was relatively healthy, meaning he also had Susano'o. The only thing you can argue is that he hasn't advanced its levels, which is extremely doubtful since Sasuke got from ribcage to V4 in a few hours.

On the contrary, his fatigue was perfectly normal. After using 2 Tsukuyomi and an Amaterasu in a single day, this is how he was portrayed: [ ]. Late Itachi was kneeling on the floor clutching his eye after just one Tsukuyomi. The difference is immense, plus the fact that his blindness was nowhere near as advanced as the late Itachi. Also, there is no ''expected fatigue'' from healthy Itachi, since you make it sound like he should be unfazed from MS techniques, when even the first Amaterasu from healthy Sasuke put an immense strain on him, and most of the times he used them it was visible he was struggling - what I'm trying to say with that is that MS makes you express fatigue even if you're the healthiest Uchiha there is, and Part 1 Itachi's most visible such expression was his eye twitching after the first Tsukuyomi and his mild panting in the scan above.

This isn't even Hokage Minato :sdo: no counters to YM or TB. Nagato>Itachi>Minato.

Yata Mirror: countered by Minato teleporting around and waiting for Itachi to run out of juice until he has to drop Susanoo.
TB: Countered by teleporting away so it doesn't hit him.

Nagato>Minato>Itachi.

Part 1 Itachi is not healthy. He couldn't use Amaterasu without needind to take a rest.

Anyways, when people say "healthy itachi" they mean edo itachi without the edo benefits. Which is also fanfic.

Oh yeah, that does make sense. It's like trying to smash a fly with a giant hammer. You're going to run out of energy from trying to swat that pesky fly :sdo: You're right, I am wrong.

If it's one on one, Minato can win. But if it's an all out war, Nagato has the edge.
