Chibaku Tensei is avoided with a blitz towards Nagato and tagging him, after which CT is useless since Minato can FTG towards him.

Shinra Tensei is clone feinted and in the 5 second interval Nagato gets tagged after which he loses.

Summons? Contract seal.

Human Path, Asura, Preta are avoided through speed.

It is also canon the FTG mark never disappears so he can't absorb it via Preta.

Minato can also make clones and literally swarm the battlefield with kunais. Nagato can't hit him.

I agree with this. Nagato isn't mobile enough to face Minato.

First, it doesn't matter if Minato is using Nine tails chakra mode or not, it doesn't make any difference. And Minato has not shown that the Nine tails mode in any way have made him stronger

If you ask me than Minato takes this one. Why?, because Minato only needs to touch Nagato and than it's a clear win.

Imagine Minato throws a kunai at Nagato, Nagato can either dodge or use Shinra Tensei. If he dodge than Minato appear and use Rasengan before Nagato can react, if we then say that Nagato absorbs the Rasengan, than Minato simply marks him, and when Minato has marked his opponent, than we all know it's over for him.

Shinra Tensei will not work on Minato, with the incredible speed Minato posses. I love Nagato so no hate

I will go with Nagato until Minato shows more feats.

Minato is going to need to use his summons to fight.

Nagato is going to have to keep his Preta Path and Asura Path active.
Preta Path for Rasengan and Asura incase Minato tries physical attacks.

RDS is also an option for a tie.

FTG could still be used to blitz but I need to see what Minato could blitz him with that could penetrate atleast Asura Path since his chakra based techniques will be absorbed by Preta Path.

If he shows sealing techniques to seal people without killing him, then i'll have him over Nagato.

That's true, but their faces still express shock and there's that little rectangle which is used when someone escapes genjutsu or is blitzed.
