Restrictions: Gedo Mazo (for those who think he can use it at the level of Madara and Obito) and any kind of chakra receiver/black rods.

Conditions: B starts in Full Bijuu Mode.

I'm willing to bet Nagato. With full intel, he should know that close-ish range combat is the way to beat Bee because it stops him from using his most powerful tech, the Bijuu Bomb. If Bee decides to back away from Nagato and gain some distance, he simply brings him back with Bansho Ten'in which would then force Bee to go into V2 to beat him in CQC, and we've already seen how that turned out in the manga.

Also, after going through a few chapters, I don't think Nagato has the same S/T cool-down restriction as the Deva Path when he's using his 6 Paths of Pain technique. It looks like he used two Bansho Ten'ins in quick succession against KCM Naruto in this scan: [

If you check out his posture in the middle-right panel and the bottom-right panel, you can see his posture changed, and so it looks like he used BT to bring Naruto towards him and then altered his posture so he could bring his other arm up to use BT again to bring down a pretty small meteorite.

are you serious ? With full intel and BM the first thing bee would do is spamming TBBs everywhere and wipe the entire battlefield in less than 30s

B doesn't need to back away from Nagato in order to use the Bijuu Dama. Eight Tailed Whirlwind would send Nagato flying backwards, creating the necessary distance. Not to mention Hachibi's tails can shield him from the explosion.

If B is in full Bijuu Mode, Nagato bringing him close is bad since a Full Bijuu B would destroy Nagato in CQC.

That cooldown was stated to be because of the jutsu itself, not because of the power of Nagato while using Pain. Pretty sure he can just attract multiple things at once.
