[VS] Nagato vs Kabuto

Intel: Manga. Kabuto should have nearly (if not) full intel while Nagato should know as much about Kabuto as he knows of Orochimaru.

Location: Nagato & Itachi vs Naruto & Bee, but lets assume the cave where Kabuto fought the Uchiha bros is near.

Distance: If it matters, 10 meters.

Intent: Incapacitate, kill if necessary.

Restrictions: GM, ET.

I was trying to figure out which are the top 10 strongest characters, but when i reached the 10th position these two popped into my head and i couldn't decide who's stronger. Since i'm not exactly a specialist about these two i figured out i should ask for other opinions.
So, which character do you think would win?

Nagato > Kabuto mid-high diff

& Kabuto may have a decent amount of info on nagato, he doesn't have info on nagato's fighting strategy or the capabilities of his paths.

I'll give this to Nagato. Worst case scenario, he outlasts Kabuto. He has a variety of methods to put down Kabuto regardless, like forcing Kabuto to constantly liquify with Asura cannons or Bansho Tenin/Shinra Tensei, which would deplete his reserves after a while and would force Kabuto into Taijutsu territory which would make him susceptible to a Human Path soul rip, effectively ending the fight.

Considering Hashirama moves are based on one ninjutsu, yes. If Hashirama's ability were expand to more then just Mokuton, then my views would change.

OT: You shouldn't be surprise that Kabuto can counter all of Nagato's abilities.
