Itachi: Posses the Sharinagan to Mangekyou SHarinagan , the Sealing Blade and The Shield, the Mangekyou Abilities, etc..

Susanoo can't do anything to Nagato, and will be absorbed. Not all at once maybe, but considering the fact that Itachi had below average stamina, he won't be able to withhold it for long
Rest of the ninjutsu will be taken care of by Preta Path and Shinra Tensei
Taijutsu will be taken care of by Asura, Human and Deva Path.

I would really love to know how many threads of this particular match up has been made.

Nagato wins, regardless if Itachi is healthy or not. The only way its debatable is if Itachi is an Edo, and Nagato must seal him to win.

It will still be hard to maintain the Susanoo while it's chakra is being absorbed. And the sword is still affected by gravity, so ST can take care of it. Nagato takes this, no contest

Even with that Statement in mind, Nagato is Generally more powerful.

I also dont see a restriction on Gedo Mazo, So Nagato summons that with the power of 6 Biju inside of it and Destroys Itachi
