Kakashi and Gai takes this without a doubt. Manga intel means nothing when Kakashi and Gai already have knowledge on his abilities meanwhile, he doesn't have on Gai's abilities.
- Summonings are either eliminated by techniques like Kamui or one shot of Hirudora. Chameleon is seen by the Sharingan and quickly killed. Nagato can summon the GM but he can't control it properly and that also prevents him from using certain attacks here like CST and CT since he can't use it while that's around. Just like he can't use it with his summons around. This also hints at what's coming to the Masters if they haven't eliminated the summonings before hand.

- Gai in the 7th Gates is more than fast enough to bypass Nagato's reactions. ST won't be hitting him and with feints,

Gai can get around him. Kakashi already showed clever knowledge against him with clones in the Manga and if the opts to use this(Bombs) to hinder Nagato like here:

- CST requires full power and is extremely risky considering he's battling two people here and the interval would be much longer. Smarter for Nagato not to use it around one with Kamui who can protect himself and his teammate if they stick together. Thinking about the fact that he had to completely shutdown the paths to gather more power, I don't think the preparation would be as fast as the usual ST. Either way, Kakashi during the war, warped the Gedo's arm before a space time ninjutsu so Kamui is pretty fast against this if Katsuyu could spread and cover all the shinobis in the village beforehand.
Stamina wise, they can keep up and they have the speed and power to get around Nagato here, and Kakashi has smoke bombs which has shown to be a good counter against the Rinnegan's insight. They have counters to his deadly ninjutsu and considering Nagato's lack of intel on Gai as he wasn't in the village, he stands the chance of absorbing Gai ninjutsu looking taijutsu attack like Kisame thought. That's another thing to think about.
