Why is the title Nagato vs Five Kage when there are only four kages in this match?

Anyway the kages take this high difficulty unless unfocused CST is powerful enough to kill them all. Once Muu lightens Raikage's body I don't think this is possible because Raikage will hit the ground with little impact.
