Sasuke lacks the firepower and speed that bsm naruto has but I still give this to Ems sasuke due to PS

The only threats I see are CT and Preta path.
Kirin might bust CT and Preta isn't on constantly.

Sasuke has a good chance as long as he has full Intel and Nagato doesnt have the Mazo

Replace Naruto in his battle with Pain, with an equally powered Sasuke (MS), and replace Hinata with Karin. What's the result of that battle?

Sasuke loses High diff, because ct destroys PS and nagato can absorb every ninjutsu of sasuke + St or Pull are really hard to stand against without susanoo, but I think it would be a hard fight for both and the new sasuke who is coming will be able to take our nagato on easy-diff when he gets new powers

Edo Nagato didn't take on Bee, Naruto, and Edo Itachi. Edo Nagato was about to rip out Bee's and Naruto's souls before Itachi stepped in. Then, they did combine their attacks to defeat Nagato, but w/ unlimited chakra Itachi would have been able to take out Edo Nagato's chibaku tensei by spamming yasaka magatama two more times. Just putting that out there.

ot: w/ intel, quite a few characters can beat the alive Nagato (who was seriously nerfed) we saw in the manga, including Sasuke, Naruto, Minato, Itachi, etc. W/o intel and a healthy Nagato who is not crippled...Sasuke isn't winning this. You're going to have to wait and see what his next powerup will be.

In my opinion, Sasuke takes this, as Nagato's strongest form is either his Edo form or when he first became Rikudou Pein, which are both not his full power, simply because the Gedo took most of his powers, and his mobility was taken away, so Sasuke's got this mid-diff

Honestly, I give it to Nagato every time, unless it was the case like when Naruto was face-to-face with Nagato while he was old and basically dying. Given his extensive knowledge on the use of the Rinnegan and how much better he is with it than Sasuke is with the Sharingan, Nagato shouldn't have that much of and issue. He takes it mid-diff.

I had to go back and watch that fight with him because it's been awhile since I've seen it.

It's tough to say exactly, but I'll still stick with what I said. But I would go from mid-diff to regular diff. Only because being immobile is a big handicap (not that he's totally immobile, given his summons and when he stole some of the 8 Tails chakra he could move), but he gave Naruto and Bee a major fight and almost beat them, had Itachi not been there.
