When I think about it, there were characters who weren't affected by the shock-waves of PS, despite it had the AOE to reach them. [

] Hashirama who isn't great for his speed could dodge them. Kaguya dodged the blades of a Rikudou PS. [

] Who is to say Nagato can't dodge the shock-waves? If he does, he would win. The only problem is trying to reach Madara inside the diamond without getting through PS? Chibaku Tensei can arguably do it; but if he used Banshon Ten'n to pull Madara from the diamond, it's done for.

It goes either way.

Madara wins this mid diff

--once PS comes out it's GG, especially when nagato stands no chance at even scratching the structur, as CST is tanked and CT is fodderised by PS slashes

--shockwaves from PS counter preta path hard as nagato needs to use an extremely large ST to counter the slash. And doing so would lead him getting bisected into a corpse by the next slash during his cool down

--the only way nagato could win is if he could take madara out before PS comes to play however with madara knowing tat nagato has the rinnegan. Means that this isn't happening either
