This is a tough one. Madara without Susano'o doesn't have the huge advantage, and Nagato's Rinnegan counters a lot of Madara's abilities, but I think I'll give it to Madara, high-diff. Even without Susano'o, he has such an immense amount of ninjutsu, and superior taijutsu skills, that getting through all of them would be too much even for Nagato... but Nagato wouldn't go down easily, I'm certain.

I don't know what "CST" stands for, but Madara has Chibaku Tensei, so I guess he instantly ends the match.
