Manda is not Manda II it's a different story. Regular Manda body already survived c0 which dwarfed mountains. 3tails survived CT and remember a small bomb from Deidara knocked the 3tails out. Manda II easily survives Nagato ct. Hell Nagato can't even make a CT big enough to capture the entire Manda II. 50 percent Kurama was about 1/4 of that CT. Manda II would be even bigger than 100% Kurama.

] that's not even Manda II entire body and that's atleast 50% the size of the turtle. Nagato can't even make a CT big enough to hold Manda II and the strength of Manda II stopping and flipping the island turtle it easily breaks out of CT. Kabuto doesn't have to control that much rock all he has to do is control the rocks in the area. Even if that doesn't work he simply slips in Manda II nose while is breaks free of CT.
