In that case I guess Kabuto takes it. Or maybe Nagato takes down Kabuto then dies to Edos since killing the user doesn't stop the jutsu. Actually that seems pretty likely if you ask me, so i'm going with a draw.

Perhaps Nagato if Edo Tensei is restricted.
If Edo's aren't then Kabuto wins unless he's killed before the Edos are summoned.
If he dies after they're summoned then they'll probably gain control over their bodies and then a new versus thread will be made.
