In a cave? Kabuto wins mid diff at best. Nagato's best move can't be used in this location, and it helps Kabuto greatly. His Hakugeki and Sound Genjutsu are amplified and he can control the whole cave via Muki Tensei.

Hakugeki stuns Nagato's movements while blinding him and Muki Tensei turns him to swiss cheese. Or chakra scalpel bisects him.

Good luck escaping while Hakugeki blinds him and stuns him. Not like he'd have a reason to immediately leave the cave as he has no knowledge on Kabuto's techniques and the advantage the cave gives him.

This isn't going to happen before Kabuto uses Hakugeki. Not when he has no knowledge on any of Kabuto's jutsu and has no reason to obliterate the cave in the first place. Once Hakugeki is used, he's helpless, letting Muki Tensei finish him off.
