Hidan, Konan and Zetsu are basically non-factors here and will likely die in the crossfire.

I don't see how the Akatsuki without Obito even stands a chance.

Nagato wins med diff. Animals would overwhelm Kakuzu,Sasori,Hidan,Orochimaru and then they get blitzed with a Black Rod. Deidara gets smashed with Shinra Tensei and Nagato obliterates Itachi and Kisame with Chibaku Tensei.

As for Konan he pulls her towards him with Bansho Tein and smashes her skull with a Black Rod.

It's a good fight but I'd give this one by a slight to nagato, he's got too many techs and he negates half the akatsuki with rinnegan techs. He also has extremely large scale technniques that can take them out all at once.

Plenty of Akatsuki's team could potentially take Nagato or at least give him a good match alone... Zetsu and Hidan are non-factors here, though. Akatsuki takes it low-diff, particularly since Itachi is there, healthy and bloodlusted. Itachi vs Nagato is one of the closest matches in the verse, so adding the rest of Akatsuki there makes it easy for them.

A Chibaku Tensei from deathbed Nagato was mountain range. The gravitational force easily swallows them and crushes them from the inside, or simply complete its stage and gets dropped in meteorite-like fashion.
