They can negate everything that Nagato does and coordinate attacks to overwhelm Nagato.
Nagato is more powerful, but the fact that they share the same abilities as him means disaster.

The 6 Pains only possessed 1/6 of Nagato's power, due to them being split of Nagato. Obviously, when you have all their powers in one body, the Jutsu is much powerful and faster, something Naruto confirmed and shown to be true. Nagato wins.​

Six paths of pain potentially takes it considering some of the paths are sacrificial pawns. Nagato has to kill 6 of them. Absorbing ninjutsu won't help in this fight. It is impossible to rip their souls out because they're dead bodies.

I also don't see how Nagato used his summonings, or ST/CT on a higher level than than the paths did. Pain still pulled a village busting ST, and his summonings are his summonings.

Theres no difference between 6pop and nagato only thing is that nagato can use all the abilities and six path do it individualy and paths summoning are nagato summoning nagato can't rip out souls paths are dead and in this match it's 50/50
It's numbers game vs skill it can go either way
