No. Rinnegan is a counter to naruto. The rinnegan is a counter to all tail beast, hence why its the eyes of the sage and why it was used to seal juubi.

Tbb can be reflectd right back at naruto,or nagato can just make a prwta shield around his whole body,and fight naruto,thus absorbing the chakra and healing himself while also facing off against naruto.

Nagato can just use a combo of asura and deva to overwhelm naruto.

Gedo mazo would also easily supress naruto's chakra,and for those saying nagato cant use it,
