Nagato-Susanoo?

Hi,i m new on naruto base,i have a question,can nagato activate susanoo?
-we know that edo madara can activate susanoo in rinnegan mode,without change the eyes in EMS
-we know that nagato recive madara rinnegan
-we know that nagato was not an uchiha
Soo,if madara makes susanoo in rinnengan mode and the nagato recive the same eyes who activate susanoo,can nagato activate Susanoo too?
I want to hear your opinion guys,and sorry for my bad english.

He cant becuase he would have to have had EMS first

No apparently you can't switch back to sharingan if you have had your Rinnegan implanted to you. So he can't.

No he can't madara can cause he used the ems. Nagato never had ems. So his abilities are limited to rennigan

nagato has no relation to the uchiha and can not fully use their eye techniques.

I understand you guys,but the rinnegan is the superior stage of ems,nagato has the rinegan and ALlREADY the rinnegan contain ems,
why rinnegan contain ems? simple, bcz the rinnegan is evolved stage of ems,nagato has the rinnegan of madara,and THAT rinnegan evolved from ems.
AND how you guys can say that when you have the rinnegan (like nagato) the uchiha element is lost?
The combination of ems+senju is the rinnengan,and the rinnegan is the combination of ems+senju.
