You saying plot no jutsu could not have stopped Kabuto by some means makin him hangs his mind? He could not simply have an apifany ? Couldn't be have been made aware how close Madara's plans could have been, and needed Nagato and Naruto's powers too at least try too stop a calamity?

Of course this is a theoretical, just using it as an example of plot no jutsu can be a powerful thing.
